Yes,actually.I was warned about them, and to stay away from them, but I didn't listen. It's important to not take this the wrong way.I was told ALOT of things that wrren't true, and over time, the lines can get blurred as they get crossed as to what is right and wrong, even if you have a strong moral guide. It just happens. +5

never i found out about them by myself
-
Yeah my dad said that if i do drugs he will kill me before they do. Even if he was just trying to scare me it worked
-
No... I learned the hard way
-
No, where and when I grew up, it wasn't an issue.
-
no
-
No, as where I lived it was quite rare and there was no need for such a talk.
-
Not really, I just kept myself in line.
-
Not until after I had already been there and done that.

Yes

Yes, they did. However, they didn't exactly present a united front, and neither of them did a very good job. My father would tell me about how great some drugs were, and how they did not harm you at all (not quite true), and my mother would tell me about how all drugs would lead to mental illness and/or death (also not true). I learned about drugs through my own research, and thankfully now I know what is true and what is not, with regard to recreational drugs. Thanks mum and dad.

only that they were bad and not to do them.
-
No, but I did explain to my mother what my sister was going through and how to get her help.
-
"Don't do drugs" was all they said to me.
-
Nope not really around then.
