Are you more of a mainstream or underground music kind of person?

Mostly underground. Mainstream all sounds the same at this stage.

The underground always has and always will grab and hold my attention. Too often, though, underground becomes mainstream. That's not always a BAD thing, per se, but it feels as though the integrity gets lost.

I'm a pretty even balance of both to be honest. I understand alot of people talk about music losing it's real meaning, or becoming too shallow, when it gets mainstream, but the thing is, if I want to kick back and listen to music, acoustic artists and classical is the ay forward, which generally means integrity doesn't come into it, that sort of music is far more often than not, quite emotional. However, if I want a night out, mainstream music, no matter how crass, still has a massive appeal, and will get far more people on the dancefloor than alot of underground. If I want a house party, it's underground stuff always, with massive looping basslines! Good question +2

Nothing current, but "older" mainstream would be the closest.
