No,I do not buy form her book club,But who would have guessed that a 60 year old, high school educated, blue collar, white males life would have been so enriched by this middle aged black woman reading list. I have not been disappointed by would any of Oprah's recommendations that I have read thus far. She has introduced me to wonderful writers from all over the world and across all time.I appreciate that the authors she features understand language and have the power to paint with it. These authors,both men and woman, truly have talents and abilities to present stories that touch the "Soul of the World. Well done Oprah! Thank You Also, a Shout-Out for "The Writers Almanac with Garrison Keillor".
