Do you find it easy to identify someone's gender on answerbag just by reading their answers?

    Some are easier to tell than others, Of course a reference to a wife/husband or avatar pic gives it away but after reading a few answers by someone you can usually get a pretty good idea of the persons gender.

    Thank you for your question.

    It depends on the topic, their avatar, and their names. A question on gender differences makes it easier to pick while a question on maths makes it difference.

    If their avatar portrays a picture of a drop dead gorgeous woman or a studly guy, that helps. As well users such as myself, Pattijo, Auntie Em and Simplykate make it easy to successfully guess our genders.

    No. I often think many of the ABers are men unless they have an avatar that suggests otherwise, and then I find out they are women. Totally confusing. Gender isn't really an issue here anyway.

    sometimes i am quite surprised that a user is actually a female as opposed to a male, and vice versa.
