Every single night. I've had insomnia for years ... so I'm up in the "wee hours" almost every night. Watching the t.v. sometimes helps me to fall asleep for one of the 1 to 2 hour naps I get each day. Some have said that leaving it ON is what's keeping me up, not helping me to go to sleep ... but, believe me, I've tried everything and every way.

Yes, and it happens quite often. Sometimes it can be quite disorienting. I'll be watching the beginning of a DVD movie, then I'd be so tired I'd fall asleep, and wake up and find the movie's over with the end credits or back to "main menu"! I don't like that.
