At times I do. As for what do I do, typically exercise helps quite a bit, or do something I enjoy. Pick up a good book, pop in a movie, go to the range, etc. Or if its triggered by a particular problem, sit down and figure out what I can do to solve it and get started on that.

I'd call a friend talk to them about what's bugging me or try listening to some music.

I would like to change my thinking and concentrate on other things which makes me feel better.
