I sub contract, so I work as much or as little as I want, but I almost always work 50-60 hours a week, which for me is normal. So it is 10-20 over the normal 40 hour week, but for me its normal.

to many (18 total), but you have to do what it takes to meet a deadline and keep yourself or your company with good standing records with the clients.

In the summer, usually an average of 20 hours overtime (60 hours a week)
In the winter, none.

And the hell of it is, I'm salaried.

At one time I would work about 10 hours OT, but after a while very little overtime was available.
