  • Not really. But how the "benefits" manifest themselves can be different. It may be harder for certain people to lose weight or build muscle, but there are internal benefits of diet and exercise that affect everyone to a certain extent.
  • There are all kind of imbalances. People who diet may find it futile if they have a thyroid problem.
  • I very much doubt anyone could be *immune* to diet and exercise..maybe people maynot be able to increase or lose weight but they would still benefit in other ways..
