Killing yourself is your right and is always an option - but it's only a last resort sort of thing.
So the medications aren't working eh? Would it be worse to stop them? If not then stop them - if so then try something different.
Your shrink sucks - can you ditch him - is that possible in your circumstance? If so then do so - some shrinks suck.
Get out - get away - leave the place where you hurt. If it involves travel than do so - we're talking about your sanity here - all other priorities are secondary when it comes to having peace of mind.
I wish I could help you somehow - I do have an idea of your pain...but it's just something you have to work through pretty much on your own - and believe me, there are better days ahead for you - it just takes finding the right combination of sensory stimulation and inner peace....disregard nothing when it comes to finding your own personal "center", it is out there someplace where you haven't looked before...and now is the time to search for it.
You have to increase the Dopamine level in your brain. It is a chemical. Doctors are idiots about suicidal psychology nowadays. Try to find a medicine to increase dopamine level, if you failed, ask me, I'll tell you how to get rid of you problem. Believe me, you don't have to worry any more. :)
There are no meds.Obviously if the gun jammed it's not your time to go.I can't help you,you haveto help yourself. You don't really want to die,do you?You just want someone to understand what you are going through, maybe someone to talk to.I am here for you if you'd like to talk.
*huggg*
If your psychiatrist is no good, find another, or another or another.
Or just find someone to talk to.
Some meds are very good, but others are not - sometimes it is a case of trial and error - but, with any of the meds, they take time to kick in.
Know that there are a lot of people here who will support you - but there are also a lot of professionals who can help you too.
I hope the sun is shining where you are now - seeing flowers in the summer sun always makes me feel there is hope.
You don't even have to request, feel free and ask anything whose answer could help you get peace, and I would try my best to be of some help to you as a brother.
:) Whenever I needed help, I always found someone, especially some special friends, who helped me and gave me hope. I love them and the best way to appreciate them is to help them back and others. So you don't even have to request instead ask me. I'll try my best to help.
