My dogs balls have turned purple sometime in the last week any ideas?

If his balls have gone purple it could be an internal bleed and he should see a Vet as soon as possible. Has he been hit down there recently hard enough to cause bleeding? Another possibility is that for some reason the Blood cannot escape from his bits but even so please get him to the Vets.
