Sure. You could be a little off balance whether by posture or back or hip problems and put more weight or pressure on one foot than the other.

... yes ... ever hear of "Stompin Tom" ??? he would stand on one foot & stomp the other as he played guitar and sang ... he had to bring a small board too, so he would not wear a spot on the stage during a concert ... ... he would have a shoe maker make one plain left boot and one special right boot ... the right boot was repaired & resoled often ...

I usually wear two at once, so we all go out together. Helps avoid a funny limp too:)

Yep, ^_^ One of my shoes is shorter than the other because I have to stop my bike with it everyday, the road wears it down as my brakes don't work.

The driving man's left shoe always wears out way first cause he pirutes (spins) around on his left foot as he enters the vehicle. (=====)!

It; if you have a broken foot, leg, etc and only wear one of the pair for quite a while.
