I have NEVER gotten violent because of my period. I think ppl who say they feel like kicking something or somebody is stupid, they are making this shit up just so they can act as stupid as they want with an "excuse" I have been in pain and do not want anybody talking to me but nothing this stupid. Its usually real young girls who say stupid shit like this.

I don't think punching anybody or anything is actually going to make you feel better in the long run. Whenever I feel like clawing my boyfriends eyes out I relocate. Go to another place that is completely different than the one you're in. It seems to help change my thought pattern. It's especially hard if the people who are around you do not understand wht you are going through (i.e. boyfriend's who say, "Oh, you must be on your period) Take a deep breath or forty and go for a walk. Take a pain reliever and something for the bloating and by all means, don't punch anything. It will only hurt your hand and then you will just be pissed off at yourself for being stupid!

little kids told to punch pillows when they're angry end up coping by punching pillows. but, guess what, they usually get angry at other kids at school or the playground where there are no pillows. so, guess what, they generalize and punch kids more. no, don't punch pillows or people. i'm a 30 foot tall statue made of granite (or, is it marble). punch my nose once.

You can punch your pillow if you'd like but trust me punching someone in the face is not going to make your hormones stop. Eat lots of chocolate and excrete energy by exercise.
