  • In certain areas, most notably inner city, it can be very dangerous to be on the streets at night. There is also a high level of knife crime amongst teenagers in these areas, and this is not always gang on gang crime. However as a general rule, no the streets are safe places (outside of the poor inner city areas, or away from High Streets and City/Town centres at pub and then club kicking out time on Friday and Saturday nights when the violence or trouble is alcohol induced), and I have never been randomly attacked.
