Only if you get caught by a fellow patron or usher that finds it offensive (it is much more likely to be another patron). When I worked at a theater, I caught quite a few couples having sex and I would just sit back and watch the show...in fact, I even got some sex action myself once when I caught two girls eating each other out behind the back row.

Probably, but its worth the risk. My girlfriend goes down on me in theaters all the time.
