Yes its unisex (for men and women) - I have lots of leotards included thong leotard - I usual put tights on first then put leotard on.. it make your body much better with muscle and blood flow - it feel comfortable when wearing it.

Yes it`s ok and in my dance class there are even dress codes for men that you must use dance belt, tights and thong leotard.Usually you must have the tights over the leotard but with some diskussion with my dance teacher we agreed that the tights stay better in place if men wear them also underneath like women.If you prefer to wear tights under the thong leotard like i buy a womens thong leotard they are unisex and they have a higher better looking leg cut and thats looks much better if you wear tights under. I bought my thong leotards from Riversedge dancewear.

Fact from fiction, truth from diction. That is wrong on so many levels. The only way it would be OK for a guy is if he were dead and someone violated his corpse by dressing him like that AFTER he dies.
