A law firm is having some remodeling work done. A construction worker and an attorney walk into the bathroom at the same time and both do their business at the urinal. The lawyer stops at the sink as the worker heads out the door.

Lawyer says in a rather obnoxious tone, "My mother taught me to wash my hands after relieving myself."

Construction guy says, "Oh yeah? My mom taught me not to piss all over myself"

Honestly yes, always.

In addidtion I carry handywipes and gel antisceptic in my car and purse to make sure I have a way of cleaning my hands under any circumstances that may arise where there is not running water in the immediate vicinity.

Absolutely...if it was at a toilet where there is also a sink, now if I'm out fishing or the likes, then probably not.

Yes, every time. I also carry antiseptic wipes in my belt pouch for when there's no water available.

- Hey, you "wipes" heads, those antiseptics can be as harmful as germs, or worse. Think "chemicals." Look at all the cancer in this society, not to mention the plethora of other conditions. Those manmade substances are harmful. Our bodies have been designed to take care of themselves -- providing we're taking care of them.

- So you're suggesting that using handwipes causes cancer? What evidence do you have to base that assertion on? Or are you simply subscribing to the hysterical (in both senses of the word) "all chemicals are bad for you" school of 'thought'?
  I'm not suggesting that anyone should live in a sterilised world, but walking around with urine and faeces on your hands is generally considered to be a good way of spreading disease. I don't think that's particularly pleasant or considerate.

I'm a physician and we have an old joke about this: "you can guess a doctor's specialty by observing him in the men's room ... an internist washes his hands after he pees, a surgeon washes his hands before he pees, an orthopedic surgeon doesn't wash his hands at all, and a pathologist washes his hands in pee because he knows it's sterile" ...
(FYI, in the minds of other physicians, orthopedic surgeons are stereotypically big and dumb, so that's where that part of the joke comes from)

At home? I do my best to do so. On camping trips? The same option isn't always available. You may end up having to settle with hand sanitizer.

No.. I use the restroom and walk out..

Actually I am only joking, of course I wash my hands.. I have seen some leave without washing their hands, and I think to myself "gross"! Some people don't have good hygenie and those are the one's that are probably sick the most.

There's usually a sign in a public bathroom that says "Employees must wash hands before leaving restroom." So I just wait for them to come and wash my hands for me;)

First lesson I was taught is not to piss on my hands...but yes i do wash my hands after going to the bathroom. Although I also do bypass the sink all in the interest of haste from time to time.
