I would teach literacy, as I do now, but with a twist. You can read a lot of things other than books - you can read rocks, plants, stars, faces and lives. That's what I'd like to be qualified to teach.

Well, I'm not technically a teacher right now, but I do teach computer programs for graphic design/web design/video editing etc to youth. Eventually the curriculum I create could become an accredited course, but who knows.

I would become an elementary school teacher, probably k or 1st grade. Children are beautiful and at such an impressionable age, it's an honor to help shape these children to be great people.

I'd teach interesting Medieval Literature to high school students, if I had my way. Chaucer, Boccaccio, etc. I want to prove that 'old' does not mean 'stuffy.'

I would teach Philosophy, I want students or the world to understand life and pursue knowledge to an extent that it will benefit them in their life to come. Many people around, how i have seen, are quite blind by society. They should try to understand how life is like and how to live a good life and not be so selfish with themselves. Anyways, if I were a teacher, i would teach philosophy.

Well, I taught English for 10 years. All I did was grade, so needless to say since I am now a parent, I won't be doing that. Home economics would be cool, computer class, PE (I did a clinical PE/health... so much fun!!). Teaching is very rewarding in many ways... just not financially. But, I loved my time as a teacher and a coach. What memories!!

Quantum Physics..that would, of course, assume I had the brains and the education to do so..I currently have neither but I do have an abiding fascination of the subject and would love to understand all of it enough to teach it. In my real-world as I am now, though, I'd probably have better success at something involving cooking. :)

I'm pretty well at home in a lab, and I wouldn't want to have to deal with the hyperness and short attention spans of younger children.

Grade 8 English Language Arts. Why? That class was fun when I was younger and I would love to teach it! I would also like a challenge and I think teaching a class of 8th graders would provide that.
