Help answer this question below.

I am constantly tired in work. I work in an office categorizing things on a computer in a government office. I work from 8:00am to 4:30 pm. Many times during the day i feel exhausted and i have to sleep in the office. Can anyone help

Get a new line of work! If you don't have any other skills ( as in attributes that could get you a job somewhere other than what you're doing ) go back to University, I'm sure you'll get what you like.
