According to legal definition, a corporation is nothing but an artificial individual. All rights available to human individuals are legally available to corporations too.

No, not at all. They should not have freedom of speech, and they should only be allowed to exist for a specific period of time. The founding fathers recognized the danger of corporations gaining too much power, but we have allowed them to get out of control. Corporations are not people!
