It's been done. They seem to feel the need to outdo men when they get power. Maggie Thatcher had no concept of compromise.

Doubt anyone "made" to rule would rule for long. Women now have equal opportunity to rule. Maybe more so in some countries with "positive" discrimination. In a democracy it is better to have a guy up front, they look so brave and noble taking all that flak when things go wrong. We are perhaps best behind the scenes were we can just pull the strings as we have throughout history. We don't "make" him rule, but he looks just so powerful up there on the podium. He knows that is just, so sexy, to us girls, don't you hon. It's somehow unladylike to be a Thatcher, good attempt, but not exactly ultra-feminine. Now Angela Merkl shows promise and maybe a new way. But really, I mean, is it worth the hassle when you can get a guy to do it?
