Neither.

You should not douche or flush out your vagina, under any circumstances, using anything other than warm water. You can greatly disrupt the normal, healthy environment within your vagina and greatly increase the chances of developing a yeast infection or UTI (Urinary Tract Infection).

If you are concerned about the smell of your vagina, just make sure that you are on top of your hygiene, and remember that it's normal for your vagina to have a certain smell. Vagina's are not meant to smell like flowers, or pine, or anything other than, well, a vagina.

If you think that your personal scent is something to be worried about, please do see a doctor. You may have Vaginitis or some other ailment that needs medical treatment.

Neither, unless it's the vinegar and water kind. The chemicals from the perfumed kind are harsh on vaginal tissue. Douching really isn't necessary unless your doctor recommends it.

If you are going to douche, do so as little as possible to make yourself feel more fresh. I would do it after sexual intercourse with your partner in which he ejaculated inside of you. I would not reccomend using any kind other than vinegar and water.
