According to Idaho State Law, Felons are NOT allowed to own or use a muzzle loader or bow & arrows. The Law states that ANYTHING that fires a projectile, either mechanical or otherwise, is considered a firearm. Felons can only own and use firearms after they have both, applied for and been granted their gun rights back. And they have to wait 5 years after successfully completing parole or probation before applying for reinstatement of their rights.
