Nausea, fever, cramps and discomfort are some of the symptoms. If you think you think you are having an attack please seek the opinion of a professional as soon as possible. My grand father died of a burst appendix after feeling fairly minor discomfort. Don't fool around with this.

Mine was just pain, it was bad but I could still talk on the phone and watch tv, I just didn't feel like eating. "Early signs" is not the way to look at it. It doesn't take long before symptoms set in before it breaks, then you are in trouble.
