21 year old when i got married if the marriage had lasted and we kept the house it would have been mortgage free in the next couple of years
I was 24 years old and had been married for 4 years. The cost of housing was very low so we went for it (and we didn't need a down payment so how could we resist...our rent was double our mortgage!!!

I was 22. My mother helped me buy the house. Our new house is worth about 13 times what I paid for the original house.

To avoid foreclosure and to buy time to sell my home, file for a BK with the court and then cancel it before escrow closes?
