Simple. You can find a small variety of papier mache masks in various craft stores. The indentations are already there for the nose and mouth, and holes for the eyes, but you can adjust it as you wish, using an X-acto knife or a similar tool. You should use two to three coats of the white paint to get even coverage, and if you would like a nice finish other than the paint, use one to two coats of gesso or Mod Podge (sealer) to finish it off. If you'd like ribbons or elastic to tie around your head, you can hot glue or maybe staple them on. Good Luck, and have fun!
