  • Yes. Bureaucracy. Often times gets in the way of progress, for no better reason that because their power allows it. Road Bureaucrats. Those who pull "utah-roadblocks", to 'enforce' speed limit laws. I've bypassed them by using road shoulders. They get very annoyed at such. And yes I've paid the fines for such when caught.
  • Sure. F'rinstance.. in a city not far from where I live, some council clerk with the IQ of a peanut decided that the speed limit in a particular part of the city should be 5 km/h (3mph). I've never seen anyone observe this rule, and I certainly never have.

  • Don't think I've ever felt right about breaking rules. That's not saying I haven't in my life time. More times than I care to remember, and I regret everyone of them. I lift Praises that we have a forgiving Father in Heaven!
