I don't like them, I like natural breasts, and most implants make it look like two apples in a t-shirt, feel like them too!

I know that some woman are very embarrassed at their breast size, so if it makes them feel better and gives them more confidence in themselves, I say why not have breast implants!

They suck. Never heard a man say they liked them. They don't look like real boobs. They don't feel like real boobs. They don't move like real boobs. Breast implants transform real boobs into something else. Maybe we should call them tit lumps and not even dignify them with the name breasts.
