No, I ask THEM for money! I never get it, though. Why do they always seem to be collecting, but never dispensing it?

Never. I give to a select few who I've checked out.

NO. I know only a few cents of every dollar (if any) really goes to the cause. The rest pays salaries, advertising, associated costs. When I really want to do something charitable or help someone out, I lend my time to do something that will really help someone.
