Well, looking at what people get out of my library, yes. But that is possibly mostly to do with the extreme numbers of mills and boon (and the fact they are tiny books so people get out lots at once) and also because females tend to read more then males and they prefer romance. whether it is the favoured genre for most people or not is a different matter
