No. Don't worry. It must have been a slow night, or maybe the doughnut shop was closed. Nothing will come of this in court.

In what country or state? Do you have prior offenses? Were you involved with any other illegal activiy at the time? It is hard to believe that "two specks" of marijuana is worth the effort to prosecute, unless there is more to the story.
