Based on my own experience, (I have Schizo-affective Disorder), I experience auditory hallucenations with both my Schizophrenia an Bi-polar disorders. They are different. Bi-polar is racing non-understandable brain babble. Schizophrenia is psychotic. Like a voice speaking outside of your own mind. A Phochoanalistic workup has to be done.
