im sure you have been answered by now,but anyway.... the only answer i can give you is this. forget mod chips buy swap magic instead dvd and cd version come together if you can,roto zip all but about 1/2 inch off of your lid leaving the rear of thy lid wedge a small ball of paper into where the front of the lid used to lock into simply take a small metal clip(sized well enough to hold down the rear of your lid)..... whala,you are all set to go! also i bought a spare ps2 case, if i want to sell it or if i didnt modify mine right(all is well on mine! hope tis was helpfull this mod should only cost you about 30 bux and some time(not much though)if you would like some pics let me know! i havnt taken any but if you want, i will.
