  • All hair grows continually - but all hair falls out and starts again after a while, typically a couple of years. Eyelash and Eyebrow hair typically grow slowly enough that the fall out and start again occurs before we thing cutting necessary. It is an evolutionary foible of humans that head hair grow to a length which allows cutting and styling, should we wish it, before this restart occurs. But if you never cut your hair, it will eventually find its natural length, different for different people, and not grow beyond it. Culturally and practically, we often find it preferable to cut hair before it reaches that length.
  • wait till you are older and one morning you look in the mirror and you say "OMG ... where did that long ass eye brow hair come from???"
  • Eyelashes and eyebrows will grow until they reach around 10mm they will then fall out and be replaced by new ones this is a continuing cycle. However, when you get older they cease to follow this pattern especially the eyebrows which will contiue to grow and may need trimming on a regular basis.
