Do people have no respect?! Right now there's some idiot reving his truck and racing down the street back and forth. It's 2 am and in a family neighborhood.

I'll admit that this sort of thing drives me nuts. I never run the air conditioner at night so my window is always open and people wake me up doing this. However, I'm sort of guilty of doing it but with my stereo in my car. Also, one of my friend's neighbors has a habit of running out and yelling and shaking his fist when I drive by at the speed limit and has confronted me about speeding through his neighborhood. I drive by there a LOT now just to get his blood boiling.

It's not that he doesn't have any respect, but I think he's just had enough alcohol. The best thing you can do is call the police and let them deal with that person before he hurts someone or runs over someones pet, lol
