No. Because neither exist.

No. The theory is that demons are the minions of Satan, they don't have the power to make deals for souls. Only Satan has that power and since he is known as the father of lies you can't trust him to keep his side of the bargain after he has your soul. The soul is eternal and should not be bartered for "earthly" desires.

Yes. The head of the demons is ignorance, and many people make a deal something like this: "I will stay ignorant, and believe in superstitions, and listen to palm readings and the positions of stars and jump at my own shadow in the twilight, and let you control my life. In exchange, I want to be free from the terrible weight of personal responsibility." It's not really a deal with the Devil, but it might as well be.

I did that, and when I divorced said demon, she pretty much took everything including my soul. I'm only a shell of the man that I used to be.
