    Yes, the indemnification clause in many bylaws state that if information is willfully withheld this makes you liabal for this individually. You my friend are liabal. Go back to the home owners, try to work it out. Be transparent with all information, and come together and work it out before it is taken to court. Make it to be resolved. Even if your on a board and are not currently informed, you are still liabal. It is a volunteer job, but a business just the same with others money and the board is fiscally responsible, and responsible to uphold the bylaws and state statutes.
