The link didn't post. Without the article I'm going to say, I'd hot wax his face and kick him in the nuts so hard his package would invert forever.

I'd probably rule against it. But think about this my friend..what if you were woman in every way and found yourself trapped in the body of man? If that isn't he** on earth I don't know what is. I love men dearly...they are my best friends. But would I want to be one? No. The lives they live are too hard. I'm not cut out for it. So what if RosieG just as she is emotionally/intellectually/spiritually would be in the configuration of a man? That would drive people to do terrible things I think. I have great compassion for those in that circumstance..but not enough to provide a physical transformation for a killer.
