Why goes it seems like alot of older men try to go after young girls?(im not saying all old men)

What sort of ages are you talking about, something like 50 - 26 or 40 - 16? In both cases, there is a 24 year difference but the first is ok, the second is not. In the first case, it might be because he wants to become a father and he knows he will never achieve that with a 50 year woman.

probably cause there "lonely" and all the women there own age are overweight and have wrinkels. so they look at the fresh meat. i know that sounds shallow but thats my guess anyways

Well in my case, I am 28, and I much prefere older women, in there 40/50, in answer to your question, its a buzz for an older man to have a younger woman, and it makes him feel younger at heart.

The male brain is wired to look for the most suitable mother, the more healthy looking women will attract the most men of any age, and we are bombarded with pictures of young women, which sets the idea that they are the most suitable mates in our brain. Personally, I regard myself lucky if any woman finds me attractive, but if a younger woman showed some interest, it would probably give me a real buzz, an ego boost for sure. This is by no means a hard and fast rule, any more than the idea that women are attracted to men they see as good providers, but it does explain why I look at women half my age.

Because younger women tend to be more attractive than older, and all human beings are drawn to physical attraction whether they would like to admit it or not. Also... for less superficial reasons. If the guy is looking for something serious and wants to have kids, older women aren't as suitable. The probability of birth defects, and risk for the mother increases exponentially with age. Not sure if people realize this. I'm in my 20s, and I won't have a serious relationship with a women that is much older for that reason.
