  • Decline bench presses are excellent for working the lower pecs. Try and do an exercise that mimics that movement.

  • Hate to be Captain Obvious here, but a push-up is essentially a decline press. You can increase the angle (make it more of a decline) by using something to support your upper body (or achieve the opposite effect by raising the lower body on something--a short bench or whatever). You can increase resistance by wearing a backpack.
