Not that I know of on those facts alone. If the LL represented to you that he or she owned the home before entering into the lease, you could probably get out of it. There are a lot of reasons that allow you to terminate a lease--uninhabitable conditions, failure to fix something of import, etc.

A lease is a signed contract. You cannot break it without consent from both parties.
