  • The limits of our rights clearly end where any trespass begins. We trespass when we harm someone physically, mentally or economically. The reverse side of this, is that we have some right to defend against someone trespassing against us, but it has to be at an appropriate level. Here is the beauty for me: (and it is my humble opinion) Our rights often clash, especially with regards to the first amendment. We are ALWAYS going to meet free people who have the exact opposite opinion and are sometimes willing to fight over it. This is a reason to very proud of freedom. We are free to disagree! Hallelujah! So let's be big enough to celebrate our freedom without trespassing on one another.
