No. However, I don't think that there is any restriction on running as Vice President. (It might be bad form to hope to inherit the office by virtue of an unexpired term for the elected President, but I put nothing past most of our current politicians.) And I'm sure there is no restriction against running for other elected national office, as John Quincy Adams did after his term in office. It's possible, although unlikely, that a President elected as a House member could be elected Speaker of the House, and thus be third in line of succession.
