  • The value of money is not absolute, it is relative. You have to say against what is it gaining or losing value. You will find plenty of sites which will tell you its value against other currencies, such as the Euro, the Yen, or the Pound. You can find others which track it against a "basket" of household goods which are meant to represent some constant value. But until you say what you want to measure its value against, your question cannot be answered.
