Sometimes you gotta bite the bullet and actually go into the Post Office and they will clear it up for you, its not that bad i promise
Did you put a postage stamp on it when you mailed it? Did the post office stamp anything on the returned letter, like "insufficient postage"? Take it to the post office in person and ask the clerk what's going on.
Are postage stamps copyrighted?
