Remember to breathe. If the interview is more than 24 hours make sure you bring plenty of food and water!

Just be yourself, and if you're nervous admit it. I once had a job interview with four people. When I came around the corner and saw the table set up with four company bigwigs with very serious faces seated behind it and a simple stool in front of it for me to sit on, I got quite nervous! So as I took my seat I said, "Boy, this feels kinda like the Inquisition" which set them roaring with laughter. The ice was broken, their serious faces melted, and they liked me! The rest of the interview went awesome. Now, another guy did beat me out to the job they were offering because of experience, but they wanted me, so they created another position and hired me anyway.
