Pan fry. Oven you lose the fat, microwave is terrible as you don't get crisping. Grill is the healthy way, but let's face it, if you are eating bacon you aren't on a health kick!

Use a cast iron skillet & fry. My hsb loves it cooked on the grill but that just tastes nasty to me. :/

In a microwave, covered in Bounty paper towels. It stays moist and bland or soft. I don't like it crispy.

panfried...microwaving does horrible things to bacon, cakes and chicken...
-
I usually grill it but I did a BBQ for breakfast this morning and it was the best bacon I've ever had!
-
If it's bacon I'll eat and I don't care how you cook it. Yummy!

It is probably better for you cooked in a microwave--where you can get alot of the grease off. I like it cooked any of those ways.

For a large crowd, use the convection oven. for one or two people, the microwave oven is the only way to go. pan frying bacon can be dangerous as the grease leaves the bacon and splatters onto the hot surface of the oven burners. this can cause a fire. In the microwave, place the bacon on two folded papers towels. then, cover the bacon with two folded paper towels. the paper towels absorb the grease and prevents splattering on the inside of the oven. its safer, cleaner and in most cases, a lot faster. Makin' Bacon...........

I like to cook bacon in the oven. You can turn it out any consistency that you want, soft or crispy, and you can cook more of it at a time with a lot less mess!!
