Both my wife and i are poor negotiators, but both our children are excellent at it. Oh my God! ... Is a paternity test expensive? :-)

I'm actually pretty good at it because I've had to do it quite a bit over the years. I also took a class on how to negotiate about 15 years ago that provided alot of really good techniques to use which I still use today.

I negotiate aggressively.

I can be quite good at facilitating/negotiating. If the goal/outcome is something in which I believe, I'm able to express myself well and I try to bridge the gap between the participants in any situation. I've found that restating what people say is all it takes to get all sides to understand one another. Words mean different things to people and sometimes they are really saying the same thing and a slight adjustment in word choices will seal the deal! :)
