Yes,I remove backgrounds,and add other ones,I add special effects to make people better.I take out red eye from shots,etc.

I do if it's a photo that matters and maybe the colors need tweaking or there is cropping to do. Sometimes it's just fun to play with them and try adding things. But most are just as I took them.
