"You have given this member too many positive ratings in the last week." Is there an insulting popup for too many negative ratings? Or is one just sent to the sandbox?

Insulting? No. It's similar to that popup, but says negative points. There are also fewer negative points allowed. As for being sent to the sandbox... If you're trolling someone (giving them a bunch of negative points), if you are reported (by CL, good Samaritan, or the user, themselves), AB checks the DRs, sees that one person did the majority of them, and will PB them. If they continue when they return, they will be PBed for longer, which COULD mean "forever". AB doesn't tolerate trolls.
