  • The test was in 2003. The series was in 2004, so it's likely that steroid usage was on the decline, across the league. There were, no doubt, users on every team with which the Red Sox had to compete. I'd say it's a wash. And...who would the trophy be awarded to? The Cardinals? The Yankees, for whom Alex Rodriguez and Jason Giambi were playing?
  • No. They played against at least 100 other players who also were using steroids. Why hasn't the entire list been made public?
